Mascara is back! Whether it was clumped at Prada or enhanced by extensions at Versace and Dolce & Gabbana. The revival of the lash marks a return to unashamed glamour, by the masters of glamour, the Italians.

At Prada, things were a little more restrained, but at Versace bias cut dresses were just the start of their celebration of the modern bombeshell; topped off with side-parted, poker straight, super long locks and nude lips.
At Dolce, falsies were modernised with bushy brows, a flick of liner and otherwise pared-down faces, which later came poking out of fur lined hoods.

Thanks to make-up artist, Pat McGrath, who created each look, we can start shopping around for a new mascara and pay a visit to the Shu Uemera counter. Italian Glamour is back.
