You’ve probably already seen Cara’s latest campaign for Tom Ford’s Black Orchid.
Whilst boys the world over are no doubt oogling her side boob, we’ve only got eyes for, Cara’s eyes.
The young supermodel demonstrates the perfect party eyes, and brows and lips in the fragrance campaign. Whilst we love a blacked out smokey eye, and glitter eyes are definitely on our party season agenda, Cara’s bronzed eyes are perfect for evenings out or whenever you’re in want of a subtle, sultry look.
Get the Look:
First, line eyes with a black kohl of choice, I’m still loving the handbag friendly eyeliner from HD Brows. Line the lower rim, inside top rim and lash line to give eyes real definition.
Next it’s the liquid liner. I’ve tried lots of new liners recently: Chanel‘s is seriously sexy, but Topshop’s magic eyeliner (£6.50, Topshop) is just as good at half the price and so easy to use.
Next up it’s the bronze eyeshadow. I’ve been banging on about Shu Uemura‘s Eye Need Shu Palette in 02 (£30, Selfridges) since I got it, but it really is the best eyeshadow I’ve tried in years. The deep plummy bronze perfectly matches up with Cara’s, but that aside it’s a great shadow to have in your arsenal for creating an everyday ethereal look. I literaly wear it every day.
To channel Cara bring the shadow beneath the eyes, kind of creating a bronze halo, but be sure to blend.
It wouldn’t be a Cara Get the Look without talking about brows. I’m still using the Collection brow palette (£3.99, Boots), which is a bargain and great for filling brows with ease.
Give them a grooming with RMK’s translucent brow gel (£20, LookFantastic), brushing brows up and away.
Lastly this look is brought to life by a great nude. For that it would only be fair to mention Tom Ford’s Bittersweet (£36, Selfridges), which also happens to be my favourite nude. As with all of Tom Ford’s lipsticks, it’s nourishing, hydrating and high in pigment, but bittersweet is surprisingly subtle. Perfect for olive and darker skintones –Sable Smoke, (£37, John Lewis) is best for fairer complexions; it’s important to get it right because beige lips are always a no no.
