We’re Suiting Up for Autumn – Get the Look

Thanks to Summer’s penchant for all things Seventies, suits have been witnessing a revival of late. After all, nothing says 1970s swagger like a Bianca-Jagger inspired two-piece. Whether you’ll be wearing yours white, wide-legged and belted, or a la Saint Laurent and super skinny; there’s a suit out there with your name on it.

Spotted on the Autumn/Winter ’15 catwalks of  Stella McCartney, Victoria Beckham, Dior, Christopher Kane, Prada and Louis Vuitton in an array of guises, the suit is a firm favourite of Angelina, VB and UN-regular Emma Watson who seem to whips theirs out whenever they’re in need of some sartorial gravitas.

Suits are the playing field leveller, for the days you find yourself in a male-dominated environment, or are simply in need of a little extra swagger.

For wide legged suits and long blazers, use a skinny belt to define your waist. For AW15 reboot, wear skinny suits open with a noughties tee, as seen at Louis Vuitton and Tuxedos with nothing underneath – saucy!
